Why B4.iDO Was Created

For generations, securing an Antenuptial Contract meant taking time off work, enduring traffic, and navigating paper-based administrative processes inside traditional law firm offices. Geographic distance between partners made coordination even harder. In many cases, administrative barriers and limited access to specialised notarial services resulted in couples relying on the default matrimonial property regime without fully understanding its legal consequences.

B4.iDO was established to address these challenges. We designed a specialized platform to modernise access to notarial services, making professional notarial services more accessible, efficient, and transparent for couples wishing to marry in terms of South African Law.
